Cardboard (not waxed) and duct tape only – Use as much as you need
Boats must be propelled by hand or cardboard paddle only
Boat hulls may be painted and decorated – Design is the builder’s
choice, let your imagination reign supreme!
All crew members must wear a life jacket and sign waiver
Arrive early at the Memorial Park on Pocasset
